Creola Elizabeth “Liz” Alexander was born in Mainz, Germany on Sept. 9, 1956 to Buster and Lula Alexander.

She graduated from Amarillo High School in 1974 and received her degree from West Texas A&M University. She worked numerous years for the Department of Health and Human services, before retiring.

After retiring she relocated and devoted her time to caring for her grandson. Throughout her life she touched the lives of many people. She was an inspiration to her family and friends because she endured the struggles of life. Memories of her will forever live in our hearts.

Liz leaves behind to cherish her memory and in God’s care, her son, Rashaad Joseph (Linzi) of Omaha, Nebraska; one sister, Betty Hodges of Los Angeles, California; one grandson, Kahmani Joseph and a host of family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Buster and Lula Alexander.
