Ava Diane Veach

Ava Diane Veach, 35, of Amarillo, died Saturday, June 30, 1990.

Services will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Schooler-Gordon Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Clark Williams, pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church, and the Rev. Don Travis, pastor of United Methodist Church of Claude, officiating. Burial will be in Claude Cemetery.

Mrs. Veach lived in Amarillo most of her life and graduated from Amarillo High School. She married William Crawford Veach in 1986 at Amarillo. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Michael James Veach of the home; her parents, Jim and Carolyn Walker of Amarillo; a brother, Doug Cummings of Houston; three sisters, Mary Lynn Nelson of Lubbock, Charlotte Lowe of Richardson, and Sherri Payne of Stephenville, and a grandmother, Vivian Cummings of Canyon.

The family will be at Interstate 40 East, Pullman Road Exit, 1 1/2 miles south on the east side of the road. The body will not be in state.
