Bud Weyman Howard

Bud Weyman Howard, 58, of Amarillo died Saturday, June 14, 2014, in New Orleans.

Private graveside services will be Tuesday in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home Osage Chapel, 2800 S. Osage St. Amarillo, Texas.

Bud was born May 28, 1956, in Amarillo to E.O. and Melba Howard. He graduated from Amarillo High School in 1974 and received his registered nurse degree from Amarillo College. He served in the health care industry for more than 20 years. He was a surgical nurse at Northwest Texas Hospital and then served as a transplant coordinator for LifeGift.

Bud's wicked sense of humor and big laugh will be missed by all his friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his adopted parents Dave and Ruth Price.

Survivors include Karla Howard, Dania Price North and family, Mark Powers and family and many lifelong friends.
